Please join us at this in-person community workshop to help plan for housing needs for all economic segments of the community through 2031. This is an opportunity to contribute your ideas and ask questions about the future of housing in our community. The Housing Element is one of the mandatory elements of the City’s. General Plan. It must be updated every eight years and certified by the State. The Housing Element establishes goals, policies, and implementation measures to guide the development of housing in Soledad.
