Report an Issue to the City

City staff is ready and willing to help you address issues or concerns you have in your neighborhood, but we need your help! Tell us when a problem or concern arises. Although City staff is in the field every day, we rely on you to keep us informed about issues needing attention.

Please use the “Continue as Guest” option
Examples of issues to report:

Please provide a brief description of the issue, location, and email and/or phone number. This is the preferred method to track reported issues.
