Project News
The Soledad Successor Agency has continued with its contracted consultant team to provide expertise and assist in updating the Soledad Downtown Specific Plan. The process has included completion of the Downtown Visioning before initiating the Downtown Specific Plan and associated environmental documentation which will collectively serve to implement the City’s 2005 General Plan and the Agency’s Implementation Plan.
Soledad has completed the Downtown Vision Program, which provides the basis for the update of the Downtown Specific Plan. The Vision Program makes specific recommendations for strategic infill projects and improvements in the downtown area that capitalize on Soledad’s significant assets.
