Soledad Fire Department Engineer Ryan Holguin has accepted the promotion from Engineer to Fire Captain at Soledad Station #37. Fire Captain Holguin serves a significant role not only in the fire department but also in the City of Soledad. Fire Captain Holguin oversees the Business inspection program, weed abatement program, training and onboarding of probationary firefighters, and the Fire Prevention Program.
