NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing has been scheduled pursuant to Elections Code Section 10010 to seek public comment on draft district maps prepared for pending by-district Soledad City Council Elections and will be held as a part of the Soledad City Council’s regularly scheduled meeting as follows: 

Wednesday, August 2, 2023

at 6:00 p.m. at

248 Main Street

Soledad, California  93960

At this hearing, the public is invited to provide input regarding the content of draft districting maps.  Maps have been submitted for both four- and five-district configurations.  Additionally, the public will be invited to comment on the proposed sequence of future district elections.

The draft election area maps may be viewed on the City website here or at City Hall at the address given above.
