The Planning Commission of the City of Soledad will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 6pm in the Council Chambers at 248 Main Street, Soledad, California to consider the following item:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2022-02 TO ALLOW THE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL HANDLING USE AT 976 LOS COCHES RD AUTOMOBILE MECHANIC SHOP (APN: 022-292-015) ZONED INDUSTRIAL (M)
This application is on file and subject to review, under Soledad Municipal Code 17.38.120 Hazardous Uses, where it is required that a Conditional Use Permit be issued for the storage and handling of hazardous, flammable material.
