COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED

MEASURE “Y” CITIZENS OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

(Volunteer Position – Non-Paid)

The City Council of the City of Soledad is receiving applications from residents of the City willing to serve on the Measure “Y” Citizens Oversight Committee.  The position is a one (1) year term.  Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, reside within the City limits and be eligible voters.  The members serve as an oversight committee for the tax revenue and recommend the use thereof, which is primarily to be used for public safety purposes.

Applications may be obtained at City Hall, 248 Main Street, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or on the City’s website at https://www.cityofsoledad.com .  Completed applications should be submitted immediately.  You may also email your complete application to darlene.noriega@cityofsoledad.com.
