1. The City of Soledad (“Owner”) will accept sealed bids for One (1) – Insulated Bucket Truck with the following minimum equipment: Personnel Lift to be 2005 model year or newer; Vehicle Chassis to have 100,000 miles or fewer; Bucket Capacity to be 2-person, 400 pound minimum; Bucket to have minimum Working Height of 42 feet, with minimum height to bottom of platform of 37 feet; Dual controls in bucket and base; Very Good to Excellent condition throughout.

2. Sealed Bids must be received on or before Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 2:00p.m., at Soledad City Hall, located at 248 Main Street, Soledad, California 93960, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No substitutes to the above specific minimum equipment will be considered.

3. Bids must acknowledge that the above specified minimum equipment is included, sales tax to Soledad, CA, shipping, if any, and total bid with delivery of all equipment to Soledad, CA. Award will be for the lowest responsible bid for equipment that best meets the needs of the City, as determined by the Soledad City Council in its sole discretion.

4. Bids must be good for a minimum of 30 days from bid due date

5. Delivery of all equipment must be available within 30 days of notice of award, tentatively scheduled for June 7, 2017. Bid must include delivery date.

6. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-substantive irregularities.
